One human, one agent per issue.
Workspace is where you and a Claude agent work on issues together. A bug, a request, a question — each is an issue, and each open issue gets an agent of its own, working in its own git worktree. Everything either of you says lands on the issue as one flat conversation, in the order it was said.
An issue arrives from the 🐞 button in an app on this box, from a script, or typed here. Triage names what it is — a bug, a new request, a broken test, an epic to discuss and plan — and that type picks the workflow the issue runs.
A workflow is a fixed sequence of stages, and the engine will not advance a stage without the artifact it asks for: a plan, a recording of the app before and after, the diff, a green test run. What the agent claims is never enough; what it filed is what you see, and every artifact opens right here in the issue.
Your part is short. Answer the questions the agent asks — a question ends its turn, and your answer resumes it. Then, at the gate, try what shipped and approve it or send it back. The one human gate sits after the deploy on purpose: you judge the live app, not a promise, and that approval closes the issue.
The list on the left is every issue on the project — open, snoozed, closed — and each row says whose move it is. This database is the only place an issue lives.
